TERMS OF DELIVERY
The order will be delivered in accordance with the order specified information. The shipping costs depend on the type of delivery, weight of the order package and the delivery address. Two types of delivery are available – standard and express delivery.
It is also possible to receive your order in the shop ETMO (Torna Street 4-3A, Riga, Latvia) free of charge.
If the item you have ordered is in stock (indicated in the webshop as “Availability: In stock”) the delivery will be arranged as soon as possible after payment for the item has been received. If the item has been ordered to be made individually for you via personal request (indicated in the webshop as “Availability: To be ordered”) then prior making a payment for the item you will be informed about the time needed to tailor-make the product and get it ready for shipping.
After you have placed your order you will be receive an order confirmation email re-stating the details of your order. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.
Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been processed. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number and provide details on how you can see the progress of your delivery.
You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number that will be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email.
The following delivery options are offered:
Using our Standard Delivery, your order should be with you in 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the delivery address. You will be able to track the progress of your order delivery via a unique tracking number. Your order will be delivered to your closest post office and it will have to picked up there. You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered to the post office.
If you select our Express Delivery option, and your order should be delivered to your door within:
– 48 hours for domestic deliveries
– 4 to 12 days (excl. Sundays and holidays) for EU deliveries
– 6 to 20 days (excl. Sundays and holidays) for deliveries outside EU
Please note that Express Delivery might not be available for all countries. If that affects your order, please contact us to agree on alternative delivery method.
You will be provided with a tracking number to be able to see the progress of your delivery. Your order will be delivered by a courier to your door. If you’re not available at home during the courier’s visit, courier may leave and send you a calling card to requesting you to contact him on the next delivery.

Please note that displayed dispatch times are indicative. They may vary according to availability and are subject to possible changes resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
If you make an order for delivery outside Latvia, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such customs and import duties. Neither we nor our delivery provider have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
